A bonito-forward tsuyu (soy-sauce-based soup base) made with Mizkan's 'oigatsuo' method of taking bonito stock twice, with finely ground bonito flakes added. As a 2x concentrate it is diluted for dipping sauce or hot broth for soba, udon and somen, and also for tempura dipping sauce, rice bowls, simmered dishes and hot pots.

How to use

Dilute with water or hot water (tsuyu : water): noodle dipping sauce 1:1; hot noodle broth 1:3; tempura dipping sauce and rice-bowl sauce 1:2; simmered dishes 1:3–4; hot pot and oden 1:4–6. Bonito particles may settle, so shake before use.
