How to use

As a guide, use about 1 g per bowl (about 150 ml) of miso soup or clear soup, so one 5 g stick makes about 5 bowls. Because no salt is added, season with miso, soy sauce or salt to taste. For dishes where the granules dissolve poorly, dissolve them in a little hot water first.
