Kurakon Hidaka Kombu, 35 g
¥1,740

How to use
Wipe the kombu lightly with a well-wrung damp cloth. Put it in a pot with water over medium heat and take the kombu out just before the water boils. For hot pot or yudofu for 3–4 people, use 12 g of kombu to 1,200 ml of water (10 cm of kombu is about 2 g). For cold-brew dashi, soak the wiped kombu in water in the refrigerator for half a day.
