A long-selling nori tsukudani from Momoya: green laver (aosa nori) simmered in soy sauce into a soft, glossy spread, with umami from bonito and scallop extracts. The nori is grown in Japan, mainly in the Ise-Shima and Mikawa areas, and is cooked briefly to keep the leaf shape. Spoon it onto hot rice or use it as a seasoning in fried rice and toast.
