A ready-to-use (straight) soup for yosenabe, the classic Japanese mixed hot pot, in a 750 g retort pouch for 3 to 4 people. It combines four stocks, soda bonito, kombu, scallop and chicken, into a light soy sauce broth with depth. After the hot pot, the maker suggests adding rice to the remaining broth to finish with zosui (rice porridge).

How to use

General guide: pour the whole pouch into a pot without diluting and bring it to a boil. Add meat, seafood, tofu and vegetables, starting with those that take longest to cook, and simmer until done. Finish by adding cooked rice to the remaining broth for zosui.
