A wine-bottle-shaped cold-brew bottle made in Japan from HARIO heatproof glass, with a filter set inside the silicone spout so you can pour straight from the bottle. HARIO designs it for cold-brew tea, and the same steep-and-pour method works for cold-steeping kombu to make kombu water (kombu-sui).

How to use
General guide for kombu water: put about 7 to 10 g of kombu in the bottle, fill with water up to the star mark, attach the spout with the filter and the stopper, and refrigerate overnight, then pour through the spout. HARIO's own steps for cold-brew tea: tea leaves in the bottle, water up to the star mark, spout and stopper on, then about 3 to 6 hours in the refrigerator.
Storage
Dishwasher safe. Do not use abrasive scrubbers, metal scourers or cleansers. For heavy stains on the glass, use diluted household bleach and rinse thoroughly; do not leave the plastic filter in bleach for long. Never carry the bottle by the spout or stopper; hold the glass body.
